STAN is a Czech political entity whose chairman is the member of parliament Vít Rakušan. In September 2026, in the discussion programme Za pět minut dvanáct, Rakušan described the state budget deficit of CZK 386 billion planned by the government as an economic crime.[1] Rakušan also pointed out that in the submitted fiscal outlook the government stated that for the budget to be consolidated in the following years the economy would have to grow by two percent, which in his view cannot be enough to stabilise the budget.[1]

For STAN, Barbora Urbanová is a deputy speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. In September 2026 she proposed adding to the amendment extending the criminal liability for non-payment of maintenance a provision under which the statute of limitations would not apply to murder in any form or to other acts punishable by an exceptional sentence, if they involved intentionally causing death.[2] Petr Hlaváček is the deputy mayor of the Capital City of Prague for STAN.[3]
