Where the facts come from
Every entry and every chronicle line carries its source. We work with what has been published: press releases of public bodies and companies, official notice boards, registers, archives and digitised press. From someone else's publication we take the fact, not the text: we describe the event in our own sentence and link to the original page.
We respect the press publishers' right (§ 87b of the Czech Copyright Act): a hyperlink and a very short extract are exempt by law, anything beyond that would need a licence — so we do not do it.
Artificial intelligence
Part of the texts is prepared by artificial intelligence on the instruction of the editorial staff. Such a text is marked as such until a person has read it; a verified entry carries the name of the person who read it. This follows Article 50 of the AI Act.
Correction, reply, erasure
One door for all of it: write to us. We answer within one month and always with reasons — we do not delete silently and we do not refuse silently.

Sanctions
We do not distribute material from outlets listed in Annex XV to Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 — not by link, not by embedding, not as an archived copy.
