The 2021 election to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic was a parliamentary election whose results the Czech Statistical Office processed by 9 October 2021; turnout reached 65.43 percent.

The 2021 election to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic was a parliamentary election whose results were processed and published by the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ). The office completed the conversion of votes into seats on 9 October 2021.[1]
Turnout and candidates
22 political parties, movements and coalitions entered the election. Their candidate lists contained 5,242 candidates, of whom 3,584 were men and 1,658 women. Four parties exceeded the statutory threshold for entering the Chamber.[1]
Turnout reached 65.43 percent. According to ČSÚ chairman Marek Rojíček, it was the highest turnout in a parliamentary election since 1998. The highest turnout was recorded in the municipality of Čilá in the Rokycany area, where all voters (100 percent) took part, the lowest in the municipality of Obrnice in the Most area, at 26.58 percent. The last polling district was processed on Saturday at 22:24.[1]
Elected deputies
The average age of the elected deputies is 49.84 years; the oldest is 77 and the youngest 27. The Chamber will have 75 percent men and 25 percent women. According to ČSÚ first vice-chairwoman Eva Krumpová, the one-quarter share of women is a record and the highest proportion of women in the modern history of the independent Czech Republic.[1]
Voters could use preferential votes. The most were received by Vít Rakušan (59,792), Markéta Pekarová Adamová (49,074) and Petr Fiala (38,555).[1]
Further steps
The results were to be discussed by the State Election Commission on Monday morning. After their approval they are published in the Collection of Laws.[1]
Czech Television broadcasts
Before the election, Czech Television prepared a debate of seven candidates for prime minister and discussions of seven list leaders in the Central Bohemian Region, in Prague, in the Moravian-Silesian Region and in the South Moravian Region. From the election studio it broadcast interim and final vote-count results and the reactions of campaign headquarters. The science desk aired a special programme featuring, among others, political scientist Tomáš Lebeda, cybernetician Michal Pěchouček, ČSÚ chairman Marek Rojíček and lawyer and sociologist Jiří Přibáň. Special ČT24 coverage followed on the first day after the election.[2]

STEM poll of 10 October 2026
According to a STEM agency poll for CNN Prima News published on 10 October 2026, ANO would lead with 31.3 percent of the vote in a Chamber of Deputies election held in October.[3][4] STAN would follow with 16.6 percent and ODS with 11.3 percent.[3][4] SPD (7.5 percent) and the Czech Pirate Party (7.2 percent) would also enter the Chamber.[3][4]
Outside the Chamber would remain Motoristé sobě (4.6 percent), TOP 09 (3.7), KDU-ČSL (2.5), Zelení (2.1) and Naše Česko (1.9). The poll also lists PRO and the Communists at 1.8 percent each, Stačilo! at 1.5 percent and Svobodní at 1.3 percent.[3][4] The survey involved 1,332 respondents.[4]
