Zlín 21 is an electoral grouping in Zlín that was in opposition in the term up to 2026 and won eight seats in the 2026 municipal elections. Its leader is Čestmír Vančura. [1][2]

Post-election negotiations

After the elections Zlín 21 negotiated a joint coalition with the ANO movement, which won in the city, and with ODS. Mayor Jiří Korec (ANO) counted on a coalition of ANO, Zlín 21 and ODS, which would have 22 of 41 seats. Voters of the grouping spoke out against negotiating with ANO on social media. [1][2]

On Tuesday 13 October 2026 the grouping ended the negotiations, arguing that the talks so far had not led to a change in the city leadership, and declared Vančura the best candidate for mayor. Společně pro Zlín (KDU-ČSL and TOP 09), ODS and Zlín srdcem s Piráty, which had cooperated already in the previous term, renewed their joint approach and together have twelve seats. They negotiated with Zlín 21 first, and then with STAN. According to Aleš Dufek of Společně pro Zlín, the coalition of these groupings had 30 seats. [1][2]
