Renáta Kellnerová is the main owner of the PPF group.[1][2] The group is a private international investment holding operating in 25 countries of Europe, North America and Asia. It invests in telecommunications, media, financial services, real estate, e-commerce, industry and biotechnology and, according to iDNES.cz, owns assets worth EUR 42.6 billion and employs about 37,000 people.[2]

Real estate transactions of the PPF group

The Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže (ÚOHS) announced on 29 September 2026 that it was assessing the purchase of a group of companies from the Kaprain group of the businessman Karel Pražák. The buyer is PPF Real Estate of the PPF group. The companies being sold own land and projects in preparation around the O2 Arena in Prague, which PPF already owns, as well as a 16-hectare site in Stodůlky. The authority did not state the value of the deal and is to issue its decision within 20 days.[1][3]

The authority also began assessing the purchase of the company IK Invest 3 by PPF reality 2. The company owns the Oaks Prague golf course in Nebřenice and a planned residential project of the same name.[1][2]
