Harfa Business Center A is an office building owned by C & R Office Center One.
The company PPF Real Estate of the PPF group is buying from the Kaprain group of businessman Karel Pražák several companies with projects in preparation around the O2 Arena in Prague 9. They include C & R Office Center One. The transaction was reviewed in September 2026 by the Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže in a simplified procedure, with a decision due within 20 days. According to the authority, the merger mainly concerns the leasing of non-residential premises, chiefly offices and warehouses, and the preparation of land and projects for further development. [2] The authority did not disclose the value of the deal. Most of the companies concerned hold land for development plans around the O2 Arena, which PPF already owns. [2] The deal also includes the companies Harfa BC C, Harfa District, Českomoravská Invest, Kovářská 939 and Mototech Real. [2] Českomoravská Invest is preparing an office building near the Českomoravská metro station and Kovářská 939 the Kovářská mixed-use building. [2] Harfa BC C is linked to the planned Harfa SO16 project and Harfa District to the planned redevelopment of the Howden ČKD brownfield. [2] Mototech Real owns a sixteen-hectare site in Stodůlky. [2]
The building is already standing, whereas most of the other companies included in the deal are linked to projects that are still in preparation. [2]
