Tomáš Vohryzka is the leader of the Jedno Ústí grouping [3]. According to Seznam Zprávy, it is a coalition of seven parties and movements which, with 90 percent of districts counted, was heading for 51 percent of the vote, while the ANO movement had about 16 percent against 28 percent four years earlier. [2] The municipal elections in Ústí nad Labem in October 2026 ended in a victory for the liberal coalition [2], and Deník called Vohryzka the winner of the elections [1]. Jedno Ústí, which brings together STAN, the Czech Pirate Party, TOP 09, the Greens, PRO! Ústí, Ústecké fórum občanů and Naše Česko, won 22 seats, the ANO movement six. [4]

On 10 October 2026 Vohryzka announced that he would invite all councillors to cooperate [1]. He said he wanted all parties on the council to be represented on the finance committee and the audit committee, and the audit committee to be chaired by a representative of the ANO movement as the second most successful party. [1] In an interview on 3 October 2026 he promised that within half a year the site of the so-called Díra in the city centre would be used for parking [3]. Vohryzka is 52 years old, was born in Ústí nad Labem, studied at the Prague University of Economics and Business and has headed the city's municipal services company since 2021. [3]
