Request by a Přísaha candidate for money in return for support in the Znojmo area

According to Deník N, Pavel Černý, an unsuccessful Přísaha candidate in the Znojmo Senate district, who won 5.04 percent of the votes in the first round and finished sixth, asked the local ANO movement for 50 thousand crowns for supporting Jiří Kyněra in the second round. Deník N stated that it has Černý's communication with Stanislav Palša, the leader of Znojmo ANO in the municipal elections, in which Černý made his support conditional on “really very motivating compensation in advance”.[3][4]

Kyněra told Deník N that he rejected the offer because of the demand for money. Černý confirmed that he had wanted money and explained it as payment for several days of work filming and editing videos in Kyněra's favour. In the end, before the second round, he supported the outgoing senator Tomáš Třetina (TOP 09); by his own account, he received nothing for it. Třetina also told Deník N that nobody had paid Černý for his support.[3][4]
