The coalition agreement in the Praha-Řeporyje municipal district was signed on the evening of Thursday 22 October 2026 by ODS, TOP 09 and ANO. ODS finished second in the elections. The coalition has a narrow majority of eight votes in the 15-member council.[1]

Distribution of posts

According to representatives of the coalition, ODS will hold the post of mayor, the post of second deputy mayor and three seats on the five-member executive board. Lenka Fialová is to become mayor and Pavel Novotný second deputy mayor. The first deputy mayor is to be David Roznětinský of TOP 09, and the third deputy mayor, a non-full-time post, Radek Hubata for ANO. Radek Hanák is to be a member of the board for ODS.[1][2]

The winning group Přívětivé Řeporyje, which was supported by KDU-ČSL, STAN and the Czech Pirate Party and won seven seats, remains in opposition. In response it said that people had wanted a change which the agreement does not bring.[1][2]

Pavel Novotný

Novotný served as mayor of Řeporyje from 2018. In 2025 he resigned from the post after being sentenced to three months in prison for disorderly conduct, incitement to a criminal offence and dangerous pursuit. The court converted the suspended sentence into an unsuspended one because of repeated misdemeanours during the probation period. Novotný suspended his membership of ODS and became a member again in 2026. The Praha-Řeporyje municipal district lies on the south-western edge of Prague and has about 6,400 inhabitants.[1][2]
