J&T Finance Group plans to split its activities into a banking and a non-banking part
The financial group J&T FINANCE GROUP SE sold the Slovak 365.bank this year and is now preparing to change its set-up. Its activities are to be divided into two separate parts. The banking part will be centred on J&T Banka, including its regulated subsidiaries; the other part will cover non-banking activities. The group says the new structure will be simpler and allow more effective management of the individual areas.
