Ondřej Kubín is the mayor of the Prague district of Prague 4 for ODS and leader of the SPOLU pro Prahu 4 coalition.

Ondřej Kubín (ODS) is the mayor of Prague 4 and leader of the grouping SPOLU pro Prahu 4, formed by ODS and TOP 09.[2] After the municipal elections in October 2026 he called it sensible to continue the existing coalition, because the district has projects under way and voters gave the grouping enough seats.[1] On 19 October 2026 he signed the coalition agreement for 2026 to 2030 with Jan Hušbauer (ANO), who is deputy mayor.[2] The coalition has 24 votes out of the 45 members of the assembly.[1]
The district council is to have nine members, five of them from SPOLU and four from ANO. The councillors are to be elected by the assembly at its inaugural meeting, planned for the beginning of November 2026.[2] Under the agreement Kubín is to remain mayor for another four years.[2] Among his priorities he named managing development around the future Line D metro station, security, cleanliness of public space, sport, schools and information technology.[2] The office is based in rented premises near Budějovická metro station, and according to Kubín a future seat could be built on Na Strži street on the site of the post office.[2] Of the agreement he said: „We want to build on the pragmatic policy that we have pursued here.“[2]
