Mototech Real is a company that owns a 16-hectare site in Prague's Stodůlky district.[1][2]

The company is one of six firms that PPF Real Estate, part of the PPF group, wants to buy from the Kaprain group. The other firms are linked to projects around the O2 arena in Prague 9. The transaction is being reviewed by the Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže (ÚOHS) in a simplified procedure, and a decision is due within 20 days. The Kaprain group was founded in 2013 by the entrepreneur Karel Pražák, and the company C & R Office Center One owns the existing office building Harfa Business Center A. [2] Besides Mototech Real, the companies are Harfa BC C, Harfa District, Českomoravská Invest, Kovářská 939 and C & R Office Center One. [2] Českomoravská Invest is tied to the preparation of the Českomoravská office building near the metro station of the same name, and Kovářská 939 to the preparation of the Kovářská multifunctional building. [1] The authority does not state the value of the deal. According to the ÚOHS, the combination mainly concerns the rental of non-residential premises, chiefly offices and warehouses, and the preparation of land and projects for further development.[1][2]

Most of the firms being sold own land for development projects around the O2 arena, which the PPF group already owns. [2]

Harfa BC C is connected with the planned Harfa SO16 project, and Harfa District with planned construction on the Howden ČKD brownfield. [1]
