Lukáš Fiedler is a lawyer and the leader of the ANO movement in the 2026 municipal elections in Hradec Králové [1][2]. According to Deník, he is to remain chairman of the ANO council group in Hradec Králové, and the movement is to remain in opposition [1]. Fiedler said that ANO had approached all political groupings with an offer of cooperation, but that the parties of the future coalition, in his words, are refusing talks. [1] According to iDNES.cz, the ANO movement received 22.20 percent of the vote and the winning coalition 25.55 percent. [4] In the municipal elections ANO won ten seats and finished second behind the coalition of Hradecký demokratický klub and TOP 09, which has eleven. [1]

Before the elections, iDNES.cz reported that Fiedler is aiming for the post of mayor; ANO would thus have a mayor in Hradec Králové for the first time [2]. According to Fiedler, a multi-party coalition is not good for practical reasons, because a coalition of fewer groupings agrees more easily on a programme and its implementation. [2] Fiedler is both a city and a regional councillor, and in his legal practice he deals with property law. [2] On 6 October 2026 he took part in a pre-election debate of Český rozhlas Hradec Králové with Jan Holásek (Náš Hradec) and Kamil Kubica (Czech Pirate Party and Starostové), which covered parking and the development of the city and housing [3].
