The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Israel is based in Tel Aviv. The mission includes a branch office in Jerusalem, where a first secretary also works.[1][2] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, through spokesman Adam Čörgő, announced that the first secretary of the Jerusalem branch office died in a traffic accident in Jerusalem; according to Czech Radio's Radiožurnál, she was struck on the street by a vehicle that drove onto the pavement, and the accident is being investigated by Israeli police.
