Petr Kolečko is a Czech screenwriter. Deník N lists him, together with Jan Prušinovský, among the creators of the series Most!.
With the same director he prepared the comedy series Oddíl B, set in a Czech prison, which the Oneplay platform has been releasing since 9 October 2026. In an interview for iDNES.cz, Kolečko named the film Lajna and a period drama about ice hockey players of the 1950s among his other projects. [4] While preparing the series, the authors visited a prison and spoke with its staff. [3] The idea draws on anecdotes from prison life told by the actor Zdeněk Godla, which he related to the creators while Most! was being filmed. [3] Kolečko and Prušinovský worked together on the series seven years after their work on Most!. [2] The lead role of David Broulík in the series is played by Tadeáš Moravec. [2] Oddíl B has ten episodes and received a special mention of the jury in the Czech Killer competition section at the Serial Killer festival. [2]
Kolečko said that he had originally imagined he could write a book behind bars, but after one excursion to a prison he was left with an oppressive feeling. [3]
