Patrik Nacher (ANO) is the First Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.[1][2]
Assessment of the 2026 elections
In the Sunday debate on Czech Television on 11 October 2026, Nacher said of the municipal election results that, despite its overall victory, ANO did not succeed in Prague or Brno, for example. In his words, "the brand alone is no longer enough" and a successful politician has to be added to it. He also said he had expected a better result and that the campaign had been fought mainly on nationwide issues.[1] He defended ANO's Prague lead candidate Jan Hušbauer, saying that Hušbauer had worked hard for his campaign.[1] According to ČT24, Nacher is satisfied with the results except in some large cities.[3]
In an interview for Echo24, Nacher said that if the interim results in Prague stayed the same, it would not be a success for ANO, and he acknowledged the movement's long-standing problems in Senate elections.[2]
