With more than 80 percent of the votes counted, the Naše Město F-M movement led the municipal elections in Frýdek-Místek on 10 October 2026 with 41.40 percent of the vote. ANO 2011 was second with 16.80 percent, Společně pro Frýdek-Místek third with 14.38 percent, followed by rEvoluce with 7.81 percent, Přátelé FM with 7.11 percent and SPD with 5.18 percent.[1]

Six groupings were above the five-percent threshold in the interim count; the Czech Pirate Party, Levice pro Frýdek-Místek and Motoristé sobě remained below it. Interim turnout was 39.35 percent.[1]

In 2022, Naše Město F-M won 26.17 percent of the vote and 13 seats, ANO 22.77 percent and 11 seats, Přátelé FM 18.84 percent and 9 seats, SPD 11.75 percent and 5 seats, and the SPOLU coalition 11.64 percent and 5 seats.[1]

In Senate district 69 Frýdek-Místek, with 80 percent of the votes counted, the incumbent senator Helena Pešatová (STAN) had 35.19 percent and Petr Korč 32.39 percent. The second round of the Senate elections takes place on 16 and 17 October 2026.[1]
