Doornite is a Czech manufacturer of doors and door frames based in Jihlava. Its production tradition goes back to 1957, and in 2021 the company was taken over by Czech management.[1]

Financial results

In 2025 the company reported revenue of CZK 566 million, 13 percent more than a year earlier. Operating profit (EBITDA) fell from CZK 56.5 million to CZK 51.9 million, and net profit was CZK 16 million, similar to the year before.[1][3] In the first half of 2026, revenue for the current group structure (pro forma) reached CZK 325.4 million, against CZK 277.9 million in the first half of 2025. EBITDA rose from CZK 22.3 million to CZK 35.5 million.[2] For the whole of 2026 the company expects revenue of around CZK 653 million and EBITDA of roughly CZK 61 million; by 2030 it plans revenue of over CZK 943 million and EBITDA approaching CZK 120 million.[2]

Stock exchange listing

As part of its entry onto the Start market of the Prague Stock Exchange, the company has been accepting investors' offers for shares since 5 October 2026, until 19 October, in a price range of CZK 400 to 500 per share.[1][3] It wants to offer up to a fifth of its shares, in the form of up to 200,000 newly issued shares; the subscription could thus bring in CZK 80 to 100 million. Existing owners are not to sell any shares. Admission of the shares to the Start market is expected around 23 October.[2] The prospectus was approved by the Czech National Bank.[2] The company intends to use the money mainly for growth, modernisation and expansion of production capacity, development of sales channels and working capital, and possibly for acquisitions, for which, however, it has no specific transaction agreed according to the documents.[2]

After the listing, the company wants to pay out roughly thirty percent of the group's net profit over the long term, although under the prospectus the payout depends on a decision of the general meeting. The company itself regards its indebtedness and sensitivity to interest-rate developments as high risks.[2]
