The Miskovice commission handed in its results first; the last district, in Prague 5, was the latest.

The first commission to hand in results of the 2026 municipal elections was the one in Miskovice in the Kutná Hora region, on 10 October 2026 at 14:28. It was followed by the commissions from Lovčovice in the Třebíč region and Hvožďany in the Domažlice region. [1] In Lovčovice 38 of 55 voters cast ballots, so turnout exceeded 69 percent; in Hvožďany 20 of 31 voters came, about 65 percent. [1] The first results were published on the election website at 14:30, from three municipalities, a minute earlier than in the municipal elections four years before. [2] In 2022 the first results appeared at 14:31 from five municipalities: Jarošov nad Nežárkou, Chobot, Hlohovice, Jahodov and Čížkov. [1] The Czech Statistical Office received data from the last district, in Prague 5, on 11 October 2026 at 7:01.[1][2] The count took about 17 hours; in 2022 the last results were delivered roughly an hour earlier. [1] According to Novinky.cz, in the municipality of Krchleby in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou region no council was elected because of a shortage of candidates, only the senator. Of 35 voters who came, 18 gave their vote to Jan Grulich (TOP 09) and 17 to MP Petr Sadovský (ANO). [1]
