According to an announced agreement, Kladno is to be led by a coalition of Volby pro Kladno, ANO and ODS with 21 of 33 seats; Milan Volf is to remain mayor.

After the 2026 municipal elections, Kladno is to be led by a coalition of the winning group Volby pro Kladno, ANO and ODS. The existing coalition is thus expanded to include ODS. Together they hold 21 of the 33 seats in the municipal assembly. Milan Volf of Volby pro Kladno is to remain mayor, as he confirmed at a press conference on 19 October 2026.
Volby pro Kladno won 11 seats, Kladeňáci ten, ANO and ODS five each and Unie pro Sport a zdraví two. In the city board, Volby pro Kladno are to have five members and ODS and ANO three each. The deputy mayors are to be Přemysl Mužík for Volby pro Kladno, Leoš Stránský for ODS and František Bureš for ANO.
The group Kladeňáci wants to have the election results reviewed by a court because of a marked discrepancy in at least one polling district. After a recount it could gain one seat and become the winner of the election, but according to ČT24 the new coalition would still have a majority. Among the priorities, Volf named the reconstruction of the Sítenský most between the centre and the Sítná housing estate, the continuing repair of the football stadium, the preparation of a new sports hall, a new dog shelter, and the topics of transport and parking.
