The groupings Spojenci, Příbram zdola, Šance pro Příbram, Naše Česko and Příbramáci pro Příbram signed a coalition agreement on 22 October 2026 on running the city of Příbram after the municipal elections. The winning ANO is to remain in opposition.[1][2]

Markéta Škodová, the leader of Spojenci, is to become mayor. The posts of full-time deputy mayors are to go to Vladimír Král (Šance pro Příbram), Lucie Albrechtová (Příbram zdola) and Marek Školoud (Spojenci). The part-time members of the seven-member city board are to include Petr Kareš (Příbramáci pro Příbram), Simona Luftová (Příbram zdola) and Josef Strejc (Šance pro Příbram).[1][2]

The coalition holds 13 seats in the 25-member city council. The previous coalition of ANO and ODS lost its majority in the city after the elections. ANO won eight seats, three fewer than in the previous elections, Spojenci six instead of the previous four, and Příbram zdola, made up of the Czech Pirate Party, the Greens and independents, four. ODS, Šance pro Příbram and SPD have two seats each, Příbramáci pro Příbram one.[1]

After the signing, representatives of the parties are working on a programme statement. According to them, the coalition stresses transparent administration, budgetary responsibility and cooperation with residents and with the city districts. Škodová said the coalition is the result of demanding negotiations and of an agreement that allows the city to move forward.[1]
