Tunel Hlinky is a road tunnel in Brno. It was put into operation in 2007, nine years after the neighbouring Pisárecký tunel.[1][2][3]

The two tunnels share a control system, and according to the Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD) they therefore cannot be repaired in stages or under partial traffic. From 12 October 2026 Tunel Hlinky is closed together with Pisárecký tunel for repairs that, according to ŘSD, are to last until 20 November.[1][2] On the day the closure began, buses and trolleybuses in the south-western part of Brno ran up to half an hour late and queues formed on the diversion routes. [3] The work also includes repair of part of the road surface of road I/23, which runs through Pisárecký tunel. [2] The repairs of the tunnels will cost 212 million crowns. [2]
