The Thalia Award honours artistic performances on theatre stages. The 2026 ceremony took place on the evening of 3 October at the National Theatre in Prague, where twenty artists received the statuette.[1]
Categories and jury
The awards are given in categories; one of them is Musical, Operetta and Other Musical-Dramatic Genres.[1] The winners are decided by a jury, which in its reasoning may also take into account other roles of the honoured artist.[2]
