Technická správa komunikací hlavního města Prahy (TSK) is a municipal organisation. It operates Prague's system of P+R park-and-ride car parks and is the investor in the reconstruction of the Libeň Bridge. Its director general and chairman of the board is Filip Hájek.[1][2][3]

P+R car parks

On taking over the new parking building at Opatov in October 2026, TSK said that it manages it according to the uniform standards of Prague and TSK. At its P+R car parks a 24-hour payment regime applies; at Opatov it costs 50 crowns.[1]

Libeň Bridge

For the reconstruction of the Libeň Bridge, TSK selected the company Metrostav TBR in 2022. The city leadership later approved significant changes to the project, including replacing the bridge over the river with a replica. The Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže saw this as the award of a new contract without a tender procedure and ordered TSK not to continue with the original contract. TSK therefore had to mothball the part already under construction and in October 2026 announced a separate tender for its completion with an expected value of 237 million crowns excluding VAT.[2][3]
