The head of the Russian delegation at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) forum in Vienna, Yulia Zhdanova, stated that Czechia and several other states are accomplices in the war in Ukraine. The reason is said to be deliveries of drones to the Ukrainian army. Her address was reported on 7 October 2026 by the Russian state agency TASS.[1][2][3][4]
Content of the address
According to TASS, Zhdanova first named companies in the United Kingdom and Poland where the drones that Ukraine used in an attack on the Leningrad Oblast and on Gelendzhik in southern Russia were said to have been made. She then said: "Other accomplices who supply the Ukrainian armed forces with drones to kill our people include Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy and Czechia, which de facto also takes part in the Ukrainian conflict."[1][2][3][4]
According to Zhdanova, the locations of production in these countries were published by the Russian Ministry of Defence, and Russia is said to continue to focus on these states.[1][2][3][4]
