Talks in Vienna in October 2026

On 7 October 2026 the head of the Russian delegation, Yulia Zhdanova, spoke at the OSCE forum in Vienna. According to the Russian state agency TASS, at this meeting she named several countries, among them Czechia, as states taking part in the war in Ukraine through deliveries of drones to the Ukrainian army.[1][2][3][4]

According to TASS, Zhdanova stated that the so-called accomplices supplying drones to the Ukrainian army include, besides Czechia, Denmark, the Netherlands and Italy, which, in her words, “de facto also take part in the Ukrainian conflict”.[2] Before that she named companies in Britain and Poland where, according to her, drones used in the attack on the Saint Petersburg region and on Gelendzhik in southern Russia were made.[1]

According to her, the location of drone production in those countries was published by the Russian Ministry of Defence, on whose findings Russia is, in her words, to continue to focus.[1]
