Ryan Naderi (born 10 July 2003 in Dresden) is a football forward, a player of the Scottish club Rangers and, since September 2026, a member of the Czech national football team.[1][2] He is over 190 centimetres tall.[1]

Club career

He grew up playing football in Dresden, where he played for SFK Dresden and Dynamo Dresden. From 2022 to 2024 he played for the reserve team of Mönchengladbach, and from 2024 to February 2026 for Hansa Rostock. In February 2026 he moved to the Scottish club Rangers.[1] According to figures from 30 September 2026, he has made 22 appearances for Rangers, scored seven goals and added six assists.[1] At the end of August 2026 he decided with the only goal the victory of Rangers over Jablonec in the first leg of the final qualifying round of the Conference League.[2]

National team

Naderi was born in Germany and, in his own words, feels connected to Germany, Bulgaria and Czechia.[2][3] The general manager of the national teams, Pavel Nedvěd, approached him about the Czech national team in August 2026. After the administrative matters were settled, he became a Czech international and joined the September training camp.[1][2][3] He could make his first national-team appearance in the Nations League match against Spain on 3 October 2026.[1][2]
