NCKV is a company that owns land in the area of the former brewery in Rybáře, Karlovy Vary. In October 2026 it presented the Nové centrum (New Centre) district project, whose first stage of roughly 73 apartments is planned to be financed from the company's own funds and bank resources. The project was presented by its general manager, Miroslav Příkop.[1]
