On Sunday, 4 October 2026, singer Michal David concluded in Tachov a series of seven concerts in the Cheb and Tachov areas. The performances were part of the ANO movement's pre-election campaign before the 2026 Senate elections; David sang in support of Sandra Tsoukernik, the movement's candidate for the Cheb and Tachov area.[1][2]
Tsoukernik is the wife of Leon Tsoukernik, a businessman and poker player who built in Rozvadov one of the largest casinos in Central Europe.[1][2] According to a commentary by Forum 24, the concert tour led through Planá, Bor, Františkovy Lázně, Stříbro, Cheb and Aš to Tachov, where a rally of the movement's chairman Andrej Babiš was also to take place. In the commentary David mentions that he has known the candidate since she was seventeen.[2] Hospodářské noviny report that little was said at the performances about Tsoukernik's plans in the Senate.[1]
