Rozvadov is a border municipality in Tachov District with about 800 inhabitants, of whom roughly 500 were eligible to vote in 2026.[1] The municipality's annual budget exceeds CZK 100 million. According to deputy mayor Lumír Vilímek, this year the municipality will receive roughly CZK 70 million from the local casino through redistribution via the Ministry of Finance, and about CZK 50 million next year.[1]

According to her, unemployment in the municipality is almost zero and many people commute to Germany for work.[1] According to Plzeňská Drbna, the casino's management some time ago tried to push a billion-crown logistics centre project through with the municipality.[1]
