Martin Hurajčík is a deputy governor of the Karlovy Vary Region for the ANO movement.[1]

Role in the construction of the Karlovarské inovační centrum

In connection with the completion of the Karlovarské inovační centrum (KIC) next to the regional office in Karlovy Vary, he said that one of the conditions of the construction subsidy is deadlines for using the new buildings.[1] The centre costs 635 million crowns to build, and a subsidy from the Just Transition programme covers 85 percent of the costs, with the rest paid by the region from its budget.[1]

According to him, the region has registered interested tenants and has begun signing office lease agreements with eight of them. “And we already have interested parties registered. Now we will be signing office lease agreements with eight of them,” Hurajčík said.[1][2]

According to Hurajčík, the regional governor’s office had a document prepared that recommends the level of rents so that they correspond to customary prices.[1][2]
