Jindřich Rajchl is a Czech member of parliament and chairman of the PRO movement.[1][2]

Public activity

According to a commentary in Hlídací pes, Rajchl supports the government of Andrej Babiš as a coalition member of parliament.[2]

On 30 September 2026 he spoke at a gathering in Chomutov that was also attended by former president Miloš Zeman. In an interview with iDNES.cz, Zeman said that he supports specific PRO candidates for the Senate, and described this as personal sympathy rather than a change of political affiliation. At the same gathering, Rajchl and representatives of the Chomutov sobě candidate list for the municipal council sat together at one table.[1]

In his speech Rajchl recalled the anniversary of the Munich Agreement and spoke about the Beneš decrees. He dismissed concerns that the German party AfD was seeking their repeal, and warned against a part of the Czech political representation which, in his words, "collaborates" with those who want to breach the decrees. He named no specific names.[1]
