The Czech Bishops' Conference (ČBK) is the organisation that coordinates the activities of the Catholic Church in the Czech Republic. Its secretariat is headed by the secretary general, who also acts as the conference's spokesperson.[1]

The ČBK includes the Permanent Council, commissions (for example for the doctrine of the faith, liturgy, and the prevention of abuse and protection against it) and councils (for example for culture and monuments or for the media).[1] The secretary general from 1 October 2016 to 31 July 2024 was Stanislav Přibyl, who since 2026 has been Archbishop of Prague and vice-president of the conference.[1] Pope Leo XIV appointed Stanislav Přibyl Archbishop of Prague on 2 February 2026, and he took up the office on 25 April 2026. [1] Přibyl was appointed Bishop of Litoměřice on 23 December 2023 and was consecrated a bishop on 2 March 2024. [1] He took up the office of Bishop of Litoměřice as the twenty-first in the sequence, and within the conference he is also vice-chairman of the Permanent Council and chairman of the Commission for the Prevention of and Protection against Abuse.
