The winning group Patnáctka náš domov (PND) signed a coalition agreement in Prague 15 with the coalition of the Czech Pirate Party and Prahu sobě. It announced this on Facebook on 29 October 2026. The coalition holds 18 votes in the thirty-one-member council, and Marcel Pencák is to become mayor of the municipal district. Until now, the district was led by a minority coalition of ODS, TOP 09, ANO and independents.[1][2][3]

Jana Brádková and Zdeněk Edlman are to become deputy mayors. The council members are to be Klára Krybusová, Milan Ducko, Ivana Lisnerová, Jan Veleba and Miroslav Hynšt for PND, and Martin Schaefer for Prahu sobě. PND stated that it wants to open the town hall to residents and make the district's management more efficient. A more detailed policy statement by the council is to be drawn up later.[1][2]

In the municipal elections, PND won 16 seats. Společně pro Prahu 15 (ODS, TOP 09 and independent candidates) has five seats, STAN and ANO four each, and the Czech Pirate Party and Prahu sobě two. According to PND, STAN also offered to join the coalition, but was not accepted.[1][3]

The inaugural session of the council is to take place in November, after the court rules on complaints regarding the elections. One of these complaints was filed by PND, which claims that a counting error may have cost it a 17th seat; for more, see the article Žádost uskupení Patnáctka náš domov o přezkum hlasů v Praze 15.[1][2]
