Palata is a municipal contributory organisation focused on care for seniors. Domov Palata also runs Prague's first Mental Health Centre for Seniors, which the city established in the summer of 2026 in Starokošířská Street in Prague 5.[1][2]
Prague plans for Palata to also make use of the Mrázovka villa in Prague 5, where another Mental Health Centre for Seniors with outpatient respite services is to be established. City councillors took note of the plan on 5 October 2026.[1][2]
