Mrázovka is a villa in Prague 5 which, under the plan of the capital city, is to be used by the municipal organisation Palata. Until now it has been entrusted to the municipal organisation Zahrada pro duši; according to the material submitted by the city, the property is unusable for it.[2]

Prague city councillors took note of the plan on 5 October 2026. A Mental Health Centre for Seniors is to be established in the villa, to provide health and social care mainly to people with neurocognitive diseases, and outpatient respite services for people with cognitive disorders are also to be expanded. According to the city, the layout of the villa makes it possible to set up consulting rooms for a psychiatrist, a geriatrician and a clinical psychologist, and facilities for nurses and social workers.[1][2]

The reconstruction of the building and the garden is estimated to cost 57 million koruna. Project preparation is to begin in 2027, and 3.5 million koruna has been provisionally set aside for it. For the reconstruction itself the city plans 25 million in 2028 and a further 28.5 million koruna in 2029. The operating costs of the centre are not yet known.[2]
