Michal Kurtiš is a dancer. On the StarDance competition he danced with stuntwoman Hana Dvorská.
In the third round of the show, titled the fairy-tale evening and held on 24 October 2026, the pair performed a samba and received 16 points from the jury, the lowest of all couples in that round. Jury member Richard Genzer commented on their performance sarcastically, saying he had looked for the samba in it in vain. [1] The second-lowest score of the evening, 19 points, went to Sara Prachař Sandeva and Daniel Makovec for a waltz. [1] Hana Dvorská and Michal Kurtiš were eliminated from the competition. The show was opened by Marek Eben with a statement reacting to events in the Chamber of Deputies around the proposed changes to the funding of public service media. [1] The jury consisted of Jana Burkiewiczová, Tatiana Drexler, Richard Genzer and Zdeněk Chlopčík, and the highest score of the evening, 33 points, went to Luciana Tomášová and Robin Ondráček for a jive. In the third round the contestants danced to songs from fairy-tale films, for example from the films Pyšná princezna, Lotrando a Zubejda, Harry Potter or Madagascar. [1]
