Blatná is a town in the South Bohemian Region. In September 2026, police officers in Blatná investigated a break-in at the storage of a motorcycle school at the airfield near Blatná, which caused damage of almost CZK 90,000. [1] The break-in took place overnight on 24 September 2026 into a shipping container serving as storage at the airfield in the cadastral area of the municipality of Kadov near Blatná; the perpetrator stole HJC test motorcycle helmets, a backpack, hand tools and private clothing. [1]
The police ask the public for information on the line 158 and have pointed out that the stolen helmets may turn up in offers on online flea markets and on social networks. [1] The Blatná local police station can be reached at the telephone number 974 247 201. [1]
