Aleš Majer is the head coach of Mladá Boleslav in the Czech First League.[1][2]
In an interview for iDNES Premium he said that the club selects players according to its own philosophy and that some players are at Mladá Boleslav on loan, with the club possibly being interested in keeping them permanently.[1] Seznam Zprávy described Mladá Boleslav at the time of the interview as the third team in the league.[3]
