Rejvíz is a mountain hamlet in the Jeseníky Mountains, lying roughly 780 metres above sea level.[1]
Nature and protection
The hamlet lies in the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area. Nearby is the national nature reserve of the same name with an extensive peat bog. According to the authors of the petition, the historic part of the hamlet is protected as a heritage zone.[1]
Snow conditions
According to the association Jeseníky-Sdružení cestovního ruchu, snow conditions are among the most stable in the Olomouc Region. Cross-country skiing at Rejvíz has long relied on natural snow.[1]
