A leak occurred in the primary DN450 pipeline on Konstantinova Street in Prague 11 on 21 October 2026. The fault temporarily affected heat and hot water supplies in Jižní Město, Háje, Opatov, and partly around Chodov metro station.
According to the Echo24 server, approximately 23,000 households were affected, left without hot water and district heating on Wednesday morning. According to the municipal authority, technicians from Pražská teplárenská were working to fix the fault. The Prague 11 municipal district also published a report on the fault on its Facebook page.
