Management
After June 2025, when the company's then chairman of the board was involved in an accident, he was replaced at the head of the board by his son, Zdeněk Pelc Jr.[1] The Supreme Court rejected an appeal on points of law by Supreme Public Prosecutor Lenka Bradáčová against the discontinuation of criminal proceedings against the former chairman of the board, Zdeněk Pelc, in connection with the accident of June 2025, in which the driver of the other car died. [2] The initiative for the appeal on points of law was also given to Bradáčová by Minister of Justice Jeroným Tejc; the defence disagreed with the appeal. [1] The Supreme Court decided without a public hearing, the full reasoning is not yet available, and according to its spokesman Petr Malý the Nejvyšší státní zastupitelství cannot comment on it. [1] The indictment to the district court was filed by the public prosecutor's office in Rakovník; the court discontinued the criminal proceedings and the decision was upheld by the Regional Court in Prague. [1] Pelc's car collided head-on with an oncoming car in the accident of 4 June 2025. [1]
