Response

Two professional fire units from Česká Lípa and Doksy and six volunteer units attended. The volunteer brigades came from Česká Lípa, Dubá, Kravaře, Mimoň, Nový Bor and Doksy-Staré Splavy. A second-degree fire alarm was declared. Command was taken by the duty officer of the Česká Lípa district branch, and five C-jets and one jet from aerial equipment were deployed [2].

According to their statement on the X network, the firefighters extinguished the affected roof and the floor beneath it, protected neighbouring buildings and set up a pumping point at a nearby pond [1][2].

Acting regional fire service spokeswoman Kateřina Štajncová told the Czech News Agency that, at the time of the response, nobody was known to have been injured in the fire [1].
