The company Letiště Praha, which operates Václav Havel Airport Prague, supported a total of 81 projects in the 2026 round of its Dobré sousedství grant programme and distributed 16 million korunas among them. The airport spokeswoman Denisa Hejtmánková announced this on 20 October 2026.

The programme received 151 applications. The supported ones were chosen by a committee made up of representatives of Letiště Praha and the chairman of the Prague Airport Region association, which was founded in 1997. Municipalities, city districts and public-benefit organisations can apply for a grant. The programme focuses on community life around the airport; it was announced in May 2026 and the airport has announced it since 2007, except during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The supported projects include, for example, a school library in Horoměřice, a kindergarten garden in Unhošť, a pump track in Červený Újezd, the reconstruction of a cultural centre in Hostouň, a multifunctional playground in the atrium of a kindergarten in Řepy, and festivals. Several Prague city districts also succeeded. Přední Kopanina received support for culture and for seniors over 75, Suchdol for educational activities, a festival and playground improvements, and Řepy for repainting a school gym and a marble run. The largest number of projects will be supported in Prague 6.
